CD4, Cycle 8

Seriously. Now where's my Valium...

Sorry, I know I've been MIA since my last post at 14DPO. Starting back over, hurrah. I'm now CD...4, right? Whatever.

DH is out on business until Thursday afternoon, and my mom left yesterday late morning. It's going to be so weird to go home to an empty house.

I'm not doing well today.

Sorry. :(

  3. <3 I'm so sorry

When I've got the house to myself, I like to catch up on movies that I wanted to see but I know my husband wont watch (which sadly is a rather large selection of genres as the hubby is not a movie person at all).

  4. Your DH isn't a movie person?! He and mine would not get along at all. ;) Fortunately, he doesn't like the same genre I do (o hai, romantic comedy), so I still have a ton of options!

I'm being kept busy this week, thankfully. If I get a spare moment, though, I'd love to do that!

    Thanks so much, hon. :HUGS:

  5. *Hugs* I'm so sorry!

When I'm home alone I either go with the already mentioned movie option (my hubby loves movies, but some of the ones I love and want to watch he doesn't; mostly "chick flicks" really) or I curl up with a good book and something tasty (usually a mug of cocoa and some kind of snack). If I don't go with one of those options, I use the time to get some writing done without interuptions. Well, if the dogs will let me, since they have this thing about waning attention when I want to sit down and have some quiet time... Hey, at least they're preparing me for when we finally get our baby, LOL!

  6. DH will usually will fall asleep within 10-20 minutes of a movie starting. it's so frustrating. There are some movies that I can get him to watch and enjoy, but it's few and far in between. So I usually just watch movies by myself.

Glad to hear you are keeping busy :)

  7. :(
I agree with the wine. Snuggle up in bed/couch with a glass or 3 and watch a movie. Take some time for yourself, you both deserve and need it. <3

  8. HA! Sounds like my MIL. ;) Probably a good plan, then, to just watch 'em on your lonesome!

  9. Oh, Tori, thank you. Huge :hugs: back to you! :)

The book and snack sound AWESOME. I have a few that I want to catch up on, anyway, so this would be a good time! He's traveling a lot the next couple months, too, so it's not like I'll be starving for time to myself. :) Good time to catch up on some reading!

Also, I love your dogs. ;) Isn't that always how it works! It IS great prep, though, lol!!

  10. "with a glass or 3"

Girl, I like your style. ;) Thank you, sweetheart... it's been fine after this. I'm fortunate to have a lot to look forward to, even if I have to wait for a BFP. :)

  11. Yep, that's always how it works. ;)

And, it's soon to just be "dog" again... Willow is going back to my Mam!

  12. Aww! A sad day, but I'll bet Kero will be happy to have y'all all to himself again. ;)

  13. Yeah, he'll be glad to have us to himself again

We're glad in a way; we thought we could help ber, but apparently not since she's worse than she was before. We think she's getting depressed or something ; she's literally tearing her fur out, and we're at a point where we send her back and hope it cures whatever's bothering her, or will end up putting her to sleep just to put her out of her misery.
