I had such fear prior to my childbirth class about the whole labor process, but I really feel empowered now to follow my desire for a natural birth. I'm still a bit apprehensive about it - since I've never experienced it before and it's looming on the horizon - but I think I will handle it well. Knowing what my options are really helped calm all those fears.
